Who are these people?


If you add up our experience, our ages, and our elevation you might have to use exponential notation. Problems and solving them (without statistical backup, our group has probably experienced 23% of the possible known construction mistakes). We’ve been there. It’s challenging. And good. And we are pretty darn good at it.


Sidewalk BBQs, oyster parties, ski days and paddle boarding. Eating and having fun is proven to make you smarter. With COVID, we’ve had to up our game and get creative.


Getting outside. It’s good. It’s a religion for our mountain towns. But sometimes we have our heads down and it’s all work. Then it’s time for a lunch run, bike ride or leaving early on a Friday. Creating the space and time for activity (or loafing) is as important as project meetings.
