Monika Kobliahova Montalbano
Monika manages the day to day office operations, financial reporting, and project billing with a high level of efficiency providing exceptional value to every project with the ever increasing needs required by the City of Aspen and Pitkin County Community Development.
Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Monika lived in Germany for 5 years and settled in the United States. Monika is fluent in all three languages, which surprisingly has come in handy in the diverse Roaring Fork Valley.
Monika attended Gymnazium Hranice with an International Business Major, Czech Republic and is a certified translator for German-Czech & English-Czech language. She also attended the CBI – California Brokers Institute and became a licensed real estate agent in the state of California since 2000 and Colorado since 2004.
Having worked in a lot of different types of businesses, Monika has great exposure to dealing with all types of people and situations. Proficient in multiple accounting programs and design programs, Monika’s involvement in investment property transactions requiring detailed business plans from beginning of market research to design and final sale of residential properties (since 2000). As a real estate broker, Monika is prepared to counsel clients on market current status for residential and land markets, create incentives and strategies with developers, sellers and buyers, and assist in developing marketing material for properties. Monika is a detail-oriented professional, comfortable in providing “C-level” executive financial reports, and able to adapt seamlessly to evolving accounting processes and technologies. Personal integrity and honesty are her highest principles, and she doesn’t shy away from Company team ski days or mountain bike rides.
